ISLAMABAD: Pakistan has strongly condemned the United States’ strikes on Iranian nuclear sites, InterService Public Relations (ISPR) stated.
In an official press release issued by Inter Service Public Relations (ISPR) stated that Pakistan condemns the US attacks on Iranian nuclear facilities, which follow the series of attacks by Israel. We are gravely concerned at the possible further escalation of tensions in the region.”
Pakistan reaffirms that these attacks contravene all the canons of international law and that Iran enjoys the right of self-defense under the UN Charter.
“The unprecedented escalation of tension and violence, as a result of continued aggression against Iran, is profoundly disturbing. Any further escalation of tension will have extremely harmful consequences for the region and beyond.”
Pakistan has proclaimed the essential requirement of upholding civilian lives and properties and ending the conflict at once. All concerned must hold fast to the international law, especially international human law.
It should be noted here that President Donald Trump reported that the US military has conducted a “very successful attack“ on three Iranian nuclear facilities, including the buried uranium enrichment plant at Fordo.
We have finished our successful assault on the three Nuclear facilities in Iran, including Fordow, Natanz, and Esfahan,” Trump wrote on his Truth Social site.
“A complete payload of BOMBS was dropped on the main site, Fordow.” Trump went on to say that “all planes are safely on their way home. Congratulations to our great American Warriors.
Donald Trump made the announcement just two days after stating he would make a decision “within two weeks“ on whether to join major ally Israel in striking Iran.
