RAWALPINDI: Director General  Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR)  Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry has said that our military development strategy has always been to include effective and efficient platforms and internal Pakistani technology.

Pakistan is not involved in an arms race with India, nor has it ever tried to hide the figures.

In an interview with the foreign magazine Bloomberg, DG ISPR said that we are ready to acquire all kinds of technology, whether it is self-made or eastern and western.

DG ISPR said that Pakistan is not involved in an arms race with India, and Pakistan has never tried to play with figures and facts or hide them.

DG ISPR confirmed that India could not shoot down any Pakistani aircraft in the war.

Bloomberg wrote that a week ago, US President Donald Trump had confirmed that 7 Indian aircraft had been shot down.

Bloomberg reported that Pakistan’s Chinese-made J-10C shot down several Indian Air Force aircraft, including Rafale, in the battle.

The DG ISPR confirmed the effective performance of Pakistani weapons, including Chinese platforms in the Pakistani army, in the battle.

Bloomberg said that in August, Pakistan also announced the inclusion of the Z-10ME attack helicopter in its arsenal. Pakistan also uses Chinese weapons as well as American-made F-16 aircraft.
