PM Shehbaz, CM Sindh discuss Sindh’s development issues

KARACHI: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif held a one-to-one meeting with CM Sindh Murad Ali Shah at the Chief Minister’s House in Karachi. Both leaders discussed issues relating to development works in the province.

PM Shehbaz Sharif has vowed to work for the country along with the students and youth to provide them with the best opportunities, the state-run Radio Pakistan reported.

PM Shehbaz expressed the resolve during his visit to the Mazar-e-Quaid in Karachi, where he offered Fateha, and laid a floral wreath. He wrote his impressions in the book.

He expressed the hope that youth will follow the words and wisdom of Quaid-e-Azam and his golden principles of Unity, Faith, and Discipline to go forth and work for the development and prosperity of the country.

PM says Saudi, Iranian delegations’ visit will strengthen economy

While addressing a special meeting in Karachi today, Shehbaz Sharif said that the visits of the delegations of Saudi Arabia and Iran will not only increase foreign investment in the country but will also strengthen our economy.

The Prime Minister said following the visits of Saudi Arabian and Iranian delegations, investors and foreign dignitaries from other countries would also come to Pakistan soon. He stressed the need for a collective approach of all the political stakeholders to move forward while respecting the mandate given by the people in general elections.

Earlier, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif arrived in Karachi on a day-long visit today. Sindh Governor Kamran Khan Tessori and Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah welcomed the premier at the airport.

During his one-day visit, the Prime Minister will hold meetings with the Governor and the Chief Minister of Sindh in which the overall political situation and administrative affairs of the province will be discussed.

The Prime Minister will also meet prominent personalities of the business community and a delegation from the Karachi Chamber of Commerce. In these meetings, the Prime Minister will take suggestions from the business community regarding the improvement in the country’s economy.
