LAHORE: The Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC) has advertised 100 positions for Excise and Taxation Inspector (BS-16) regularly.
Jobs have been published for various directorates in Punjab, with the deadline for submitting online applications set for June 26, 2024.
The Excise and Taxation Department has announced 35 vacancies for the post of inspector in Lahore regions A, B, C, and D.
The excise department has announced four vacancies for the post of inspector in the Sargodha region.
It has also announced jobs for Gujranwala, Sahiwal, Faisalabad, Jhang, Multan, Lodhran, Attock, Murree, Layyah, Gujrant and other regions. Following is the complete list of vacancies:

Closing Date for Applying Online for the Excise Inspector Job
The closing date for submission of application for the post is June 26, 2024.
The PPSC fee for the job application has been fixed at Rs600. All candidates will be required to deposit the fee online or by visiting the bank as they will not be entertained for paper without paying the fee.
The PPSC will hold one paper of MCQ type General Ability Written test of 100 marks. Applicants will be required to complete the paper in 90 minutes.
The paper will comprise questions related to General Knowledge, Pakistan Studies, Current Affairs, Islamic Studies, Geography, Basic Mathematics, English, Urdu, Everyday Science, and Basic Computer Studies.
