ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has formally submitted a request to the Ministry of Interior to meet its founder Imran Khan, who is currently detained in Adiala Jail.
As per the details, the request was made by Chairman PTI Barrister Gohar and Sahibzada Hamid Raza, head of the Sunni Ittehad Council.
They stated that the last meeting with Imran Khan occurred on October 3 and urged for permission for an immediate meeting.
In a related development, Imran Khan’s sister, Noreen Khan Niazi has also approached the Islamabad High Court seeking to meet him. The court has since ordered that a meeting take place between Imran Khan and his sister.
