RAWALPINDI: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Founder Imran Khan has canceled the party’s public gathering, scheduled in Mianwali — the constituency of former PM Khan — on September 29 (Sunday).
During the informal talk in Adiala Jail, incarcerated Imran Khan instructed party leadership to cancel the Mianwali rally, and instead stage the next jalsa in Rawalpindi on the same date.
On Sunday, Ali Amin Gandapur in a fierce speech announced that the former ruling party will stage a coming rally in Mianwali, afterwards the rallies will continue in other cities.
Earlier today, PTI leadership moved to the Mianwali district administration to obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) for a public gathering on Sunday.
