Rana Sanaullah gets additional portfolio of Inter-Provincial Coordination

ISLAMABAD: The additional portfolio of the Inter-Provincial Coordination was given to the Adviser to Prime Minister on Political and Public Affairs Rana Sanaullah on Wednesday.

With the additional portfolio, Rana Sanaullah has been given the status of a federal minister. The Cabinet Division issued a notification in this regard.

The additional portfolio of the IPC ministry which deals with the affairs of sports in Pakistan was withdrawn from Minister for Planning Development & Special Initiatives Ahsan Iqbal.

Last month, President Asif Ali Zardari approved the appointment of Muslim League (N) leader Rana Sanaullah Khan as adviser to the Prime Minister on political and public affairs.

Recently, Sanaullah was made the head of the committee for social media legislation including federal ministers Azam Nazeer, Attaullah Tarar, Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui, and Shiza Fatima.
