Dubai: Pakistani citizens residing in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE), can easily renew their National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP) now.
The renewal process, overseen by the Consulate General of Pakistan in Dubai, requires renewal fees as per the latest the NADRA updates for April 2024.
To initiate the renewal procedure, Pakistanis residing in Dubai need to present their old NICOP and passport copy at the consulate office.
The fee structure for renewal of NICOP is as follows:

These fees, which are mandated by NADRA, are subject to change. It is very important to verify any updates before proceeding with the renewal.
The NADRA section at the Consulate General of Pakistan in Dubai efficiently processes up to 150 applications per day on a first-come, first-served basis. The working hours for NICOP renewal applications are as follows:
Monday to Thursday: 8am to 2pm Friday: 8am to 11am.
