DERA ISMAIL KHAN: Pakistan security forces killed nine Khwarij, including high-value target Kharji Ring leader Shireen, during an intelligence-based operation in Dera Ismail Khan.

According to a press release issued by Inter Service Public Relations (ISPR), the IBO was carried out in the Takwara area of Dera Ismail Khan on the presence of the Khawarij.

Nine Khawarij were slain by Pakistani security forces, who also retrieved firearms and ammunition from their belongings.

Due to his involvement in multiple terrorist actions, including the Shahadat of Captain Hasnain Akhtar and the target-killing of numerous innocent bystanders, Shireen, the commander of the Kharji Ring, was widely sought by law enforcement agencies. According to the ISPR, the operation has brought the primary offender to justice and exacted revenge for the horrible conduct.

To get rid of any more Kharji in the area, a sanitization exercise is underway. In its statement, the ISPR reiterated its commitment to eliminating the threat of terrorism in the nation.
