KARACHI: The Sindh government has declared a public holiday on February 5 across the province in connection with the Kashmir Solidarity Day.
According to the notification issued on Friday, “All government and semi-government offices in Sindh would remain closed on February 5 (Wednesday).”
The holiday will be observed to express solidarity with the Kashmiri brethren and sisters, the notification read.
Every year, the nation observes a public holiday on February 5 with national zeal and zest to show solidarity with the people of Kashmir for their struggle for freedom from India.
