Toshakhana 2 case hearing of Imran Khan & Bushra Bibi held at Adiala Jail

ISLAMABAD: The hearing of the Toshakhana 2 case against PTI founder Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi was held in Adiala Jail Rawalpindi on Wednesday.

Special Judge Central Islamabad Shahrukh Arjumand heard the case. Special Public Prosecutor Zulfiqar Abbas Naqvi and Umair Majeed Malik appeared in the court on behalf of the FIA. During the hearing, the defense lawyer cross-examined NAB officer Mohsin Haroon, a witness in the case. Bushra Bibi’s lawyer Arshad Tabrez partially cross-examined Mohsin Haroon’s statement, which will be completed tomorrow.

Later, the hearing was adjourned until tomorrow. During the hearing, Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi were produced in the courtroom from the jail. PTI founder Bushra Bibi’s sisters, brother-in-law and daughter were also present in the courtroom during the hearing.

Senator Ali Zafar, Mashal Yousafzai, Barrister Saif were also present in the courtroom.
