ISLAMABAD: The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has introduced a new facility through which it is becoming easier for citizens to deposit application fees once their applications are accepted.
According to the revised system, applicants can deposit fees in cash at the concerned NADRA center or pay through electronic means like JazzCash, Easypaisa, and E-Sahulat centers.
For further convenience, NADRA has also introduced a QR code payment facility. Applicants can ask the staff for a QR code during the time of application, scan it through their mobile bank app, and pay immediately with no additional fee.
These facilities are made available throughout the country, hence greater ease and accessibility for the citizens.
To seek help, citizens can dial the NADRA helpline number 1777 on their cellular phones. The complaints can also be submitted online at NADRA’s official website at complaints.nadra.govt.pk or through the Pak ID mobile application.
Earlier, NADRA amended its NICOP fee regime for Pakistani citizens settled in South Africa. The National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP) is a must-have document for overseas citizens and their relatives, providing legal status, access to services, and other facilities that enable them to keep strong connections with Pakistan.
