Two terrorists killed in North Waziristan IBO

RAWALPINDI: Security forces killed two terrorists during an intelligence-based operation in Mir Ali area of ​​North Waziristan district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

A statement issued by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said that on October 9, security forces conducted an intelligence-based operation in Mir Ali area of ​​North Waziristan after receiving information about the presence of terrorists. .

During this operation, there was a fierce exchange of fire between the security forces and the terrorists.

According to ISPR, two terrorists were killed as a result of firing, arms, ammunition and explosives were also recovered from the dead terrorists.

It was reported that these terrorists were involved in terrorist attacks on security forces and target killing of innocent civilians in the area.

A clearance operation is underway to eliminate any remaining terrorists in the area, the ISPR said, adding that the armed forces are committed to eradicating the scourge of terrorism from the country.
