Work from home facility withdrawn for KP govt employees

PESHAWAR: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government on Friday ended the 100 percent work-from-home facility.

The Administration Department issued a notification to end the leave, the notification of March 17, 2026 regarding work-from-home was withdrawn immediately.

The notification said that from now on, Friday will be a regular official working day, all government employees will attend the offices on Friday and perform their duties, the decision was taken in light of the instructions of the 54th meeting of the provincial cabinet.

The Chief Secretary has directed all departments to immediately implement the decision.
