MUMBAI: Indian singer and actor Rajvir Jawanda has died at the age of 35 after being seriously injured in a traffic accident.
According to Indian media reports, Rajvir met with an accident on September 27 while on his motorcycle going to Shimla. The incident took place in the Badi area when he lost control of his motorcycle after cattle suddenly appeared on the road. He suffered serious head and spinal injuries and was later unconscious.
Hospital authorities said that Rajvir was kept on a ventilator for 11 days in a critical condition in a hospital in Mohali but he did not survive.
Rajvir was not only a popular singer but also made his mark by acting in films like Subedar Joginder Singh (2018), Jind Jaan, and Mando Tehsildarni.
