Arshad Nadeem misses out on medal at World Athletics Championships

TOKYO: Arshad Nadeem was out of the medal race in the javelin throw competition at the World Athletics Championships.

In the final round of the World Athletics Championships, Arshad Nadeem made his first throw of 82.73.

Arshad was seventh in the first round, and his throw was fouled in the second round.

Arshad threw 82.75 meters in the third round, but his fourth throw was also fouled, due to which he was out of the medal race.

On the other hand, India’s Neeraj Chopra threw his first throw of 83.65, while his compatriot Sachin Yadav managed to throw 86.29 meters in the first round.

According to the start list in today’s final competitions, Arshad made his throw in third place, while the first throw of Javelin was thrown by Weber and the second throw by Anderson Peters.

It should be remembered that in the qualifying round of Group B, Nadeem made it directly to the final with a throw of 85.28 meters.
