ISLAMABAD: In a recent development at the Pakistan Cricket Board‘s (PCB) concussion camp, the board has decided to retain Babar Azam and Shan Masood as captains for the white and red ball formats respectively.

As per the media report, the PCB has strong faith in both the leaders, showing their belief in consistent and confident leadership.

During the camp, PCB gave a clear message to all the players that the captain as well as the players should perform without fear and intimidation.

The board emphasized that no player should have to worry about losing his place in the team or facing undue pressure while captaining the team.

The aim of this approach is to foster a positive and fearless environment within the squad, allowing players to focus solely on their performance.

Apart from the leadership talks, the camp also served as a platform for the players to voice their concerns.

Report revealed that a number of players held separate meetings with the coaching staff, where they expressed their concerns over domestic cricket issues.

Players shared their problems and concerns with coaches, hoping for better communication and solutions moving forward.
