ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has finalized the squad for the upcoming T20I World Cup 2024 scheduled to be played in the United States (US) and Caribbean next month, here on Friday.
According to the media reports, Capitan Babar Azam will lead the 15-member team which includes three wicketkeeper batsmen.
Bowler Haris Rauf has made a comeback after recovering from the injury. The PCB will formally announce the team on May 22 after the first T20I match against England.
The International Cricket Council (ICC) has set May 25 as the deadline for announcing the World Cup squad.
Babar Azam (captain), Mohammad Rizwan, Fakhar Zaman, Shadab Khan, Iftikhar Ahmed, Shaheen Afridi, Saim Ayub, Usman Khan, Azam Khan, Imad Wasim, Abrar Ahmed, Mohammad Amir, Naseem Shah, Abbas Afridi, Haris Rauf.
