Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif fulfilled promises in the budget: Atta Tarar

ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister for Information Atta Tarar has said that Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif fulfilled promises in the budget.

Atta Tarar said in the post-budget press conference that there was a leakage of billions of rupees in the FBR, there was a leakage of Rs 60 billion in the sugar industry alone, why should a salaried person bear the burden of the sugar industry?

He said that thanks to the reforms, 60 billion rupees have been collected in additional tax by stopping tax evasion in the sugar industry, in the past, conditions had been placed on the country’s default, it brought economic stability to the country, which is now moving towards growth.

The Federal Minister further said that the Apna Ghar program is a very important step, 12 industries are connected to it, Pakistan’s economic stability has been recognized worldwide.

He said that Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif fulfilled promises in the budget and ended the recommendation culture from the FBR, the FBR reforms are historic.
