KARACHI: Karachi would be receiving intermittent rains and showers for the next three days owing to the effect of moisture-laden wind currents coming from the Arabian Sea, according to the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD).
According to the Early Warning Centre of the Met Office, there will be an increase in winds in the city during Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
According to the Met Office, the minimum temperature in the city would remain between 28°C and 30°C while the maximum temperature would be 33°C to 35°C. The morning humidity levels would be around 70% to 80%, while that of the evening would be from 55% to 65%.
According to the Met Office, moisture currents from the Arabian Sea were affecting the upper and central parts of the country, whereas westerly currents were affecting the northern parts.
In Sindh, the weather was expected to be hot and humid, while in the coastal areas of Sindh, including Karachi, the weather would be partly cloudy with strong winds and occasional rain.
In Dadu, Qambar Shahdadkot, Jacobabad, Larkana, Shikarpur, Kashmore, Sukkur, Ghotki, Khairpur, Naushahro Feroze, Shaheed Benazirabad and Sanghar, there would be hot and humid weather with dust storms and thunderstorms and isolated spells of rain.
