NEW DELHI: The Indian Congress Party member and opposition leader, Rahul Gandhi, has been arrested, according to Indian media reports.

Rahul Gandhi was detained during a ‘vote theft’ protest march against the amendment of the Bihar voter list.

The Indian Congress was marching towards the Election Commission in Delhi.

According to Indian media, Rahul Gandhi and other opposition leaders were apprehended.

About 300 Indian opposition leaders were marching towards the Election Commission. The opposition march was led by Rahul Gandhi.

It should be noted that Rahul Gandhi had accused the Election Commission of India and the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) of rigging.

Indian opposition party Congress leader Rahul Gandhi questioned Narendra Modi’s victory in the last elections.

Rahul Gandhi had said that the Election Commission of India, in collaboration with the BJP, stole votes in the general elections and robbed the rights of the people.

Indian opposition party Congress leader Rahul Gandhi brought out documentary evidence in this regard and said that duplicate voter IDs were made in some places and fake house addresses were made in some constituencies.

He had alleged that fake photos were used in some places, and at least more than 100 seats were manipulated.

Rahul Gandhi had said that if there was no forgery, Narendra Modi would not be the Prime Minister of India today.

In the last elections, the BJP, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, and his associates attacked the Constitution, he added.
