Riyadh: Saudi Arabia has announced adjustments to school and office hours in anticipation of the upcoming holy month of Ramadan 1445.

Official Ramadan Working Hours for Students

The Ministry of Education has revealed the official working hours for students during Ramadan 2024, implementing a reduction in school hours to five hours per day. The school day will commence at 10:00 AM and conclude at 3:00 PM. This modification aims to ease the academic workload on students and alleviate pressure during the fasting period, allowing them to balance their religious observance with their studies.

Additionally, students can anticipate an extended break in the final week of Ramadan, extending until Eid al-Fitr, before the resumption of the academic semester.
