NEW DELHI: A few days ago, news of the death of a 17-year-old girl, Bhuneshwari, after eating mangoes was reported, but now the sister of the deceased has also passed away.
According to Indian media reports, a 10-year-old girl, Scindia, died after eating mangoes in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. She was shifted to a hospital for treatment.
According to police officials, Vaijnath and Indumati’s relative Renuka had bought mangoes on the way to their house, which the couple ate with their four daughters.
Police officials said that initial investigations revealed that on Sunday evening, the family members vomited and were shifted to a private hospital, where Bhuneshwari died during treatment, while Scindia’s condition was critical.
The condition of the couple and their two daughters has improved, while Scindia passed away today. The police are busy finding out why the family’s condition worsened after eating mangoes.
It should be noted that deaths have also occurred in India before and after eating watermelon.
