Suzuki unveils new bike models, check complete details inside

ISLAMABAD: Pak Suzuki has just revealed new models of GS150 and GD110s. Now, if you’re picturing some major mechanical changes or fresh upgrades, stop right there. Suzuki hasn’t done any of that.

Instead, the company has been taking notes from Atlas Honda, masters of sticker innovation. Instead, they’ve taken inspiration from Atlas Honda. In simpler terms, Suzuki’s “new” launch involves nothing more than redesigned stickers for both motorcycles.

GS150 & GD110s Stickers Innovation

Let’s begin with the GS150. Earlier, the bike used to have a sticker theme that was dominated by blue and white. On the tank, Suzuki had its plain “S” logo.

But Suzuki believed riders wanted more adventure. So, they replaced the blue with red, which is symbolic of “sportiness, speed, and aggression”. Now, to remind you that it’s not just a Suzuki bike anymore, the company has substituted the “S” logo on the tank with the full spelling “SUZUKI” on the latest stickers.

Coming to the GD110S, there are changes so small that we had to compare side-by-side images on the computer, look at them for a good 10 minutes, and only then determine what Suzuki had altered.

Earlier, the GD110S had stickers with a red-and-white theme; now, the white color is toned down in the new stickers. Another minute detail is the “GD” script at the bottom of the fuel tank. Earlier, the letter “D” of “GD” was positioned such that it became partially obscured by the red and white lines.

Now, the design team of Suzuki, most likely after having several serious meetings, shifted the “D” upward. It’s now overlapping the red line so that the “GD” lettering is fully legible.

To put this all in simpler terms: Suzuki’s new launch essentially boils down to changing stickers and adjusting letters by millimeters. No changes to the engines. No tweaks in comfort.

Not even new colors or small mechanical improvements. Pak Suzuki is determined to follow Atlas Honda’s proven formula of selling sticker updates as new models.

For all those waiting in vain for a worthwhile upgrade, better luck in the next year. Until then, the Suzuki GS150 and GD110S are still the same bikes beneath, stickered up just enough to raise a few eyebrows on the road. Nothing special, nothing different.
