ISLAMABAD: Chicken meat prices have become cheaper in Lahore and Islamabad, here on Tuesday.
According to the official price list in Lahore, broiler chicken meat has become Rs 591 per kg, meat prices have decreased by Rs 4 per kg. The price of live chicken has decreased by Rs 3.
In Lahore, the wholesale rate of live broiler chicken has been fixed at Rs 394, while the retail rate is Rs 408. The price of eggs per dozen in Lahore has remained at Rs 329.
In Islamabad, the price of live broiler chicken has been fixed at Rs 430, while the price of chicken meat has been fixed at Rs 666, chicken meat prices in Islamabad have decreased by Rs 94.
