ISLAMABAD: The gold prices in Pakistan have started to move in reverse gear by dropping Rs2500 here on Wednesday.
According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellery Association, gold and silver have fallen for the third consecutive day in the global and local gold markets.
In the local market, 24-carat gold has fallen by Rs 2,500 to Rs 456,962 per tola. In addition, the price of ten grams of gold has decreased by Rs 2,143 to Rs 391,771.
While the price of silver per tola has decreased by Rs 212 to Rs 7,718. On the other hand, gold has fallen by $ 25 in the global market and has fallen by $ 4,346 per ounce.
