Gold rates surge to historic high in Pakistan

KARACHI: The gold rates in the global and local markets have increased to an all-time high.

The price of gold per ounce in the international bullion market has increased by $51 to a high of $3,770.

Following the increase in the global market, the price of gold per tola in the country has also increased by Rs5,100 to a high of Rs398,800.

In addition, the price of gold per ten grams has increased by Rs4,372 to a high of Rs341,901.

Earlier today, the price of one tola of 24-karat gold in Pakistan as of September 22, 2025, was Rs 393,700, while 22-karat gold was Rs 287,552 per 10g.
