ISLAMABAD: Gold prices in Pakistan remained stable on Wednesday, with the rate per tola standing at Rs. 388,100, following a record high reached the previous day.
Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold was recorded at Rs. 1000. 332,733, according to the All Pakistan Gems and Jewelers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).
On Tuesday, the price of gold increased by Rs. 4,100 per tola, reaching a historic level of Rs. 388,100. According to the APGJSA report, the international gold rate also remained stable at $ 3,654 per ounce.
Silver prices in Pakistan followed a similar trend, with the per tola price unchanged at $ 4,358.
Meanwhile, international gold prices increased on Wednesday, remaining above the crucial mark of $ 3,600 per ounce. Spot gold rose 0.5 percent, trading at $3,644.54 an ounce by 0652 GMT, after touching a high of $3,673.95 on Tuesday.
