KARACHI: After a sharp rise, gold prices in Pakistan have now started falling, which has brought relief to buyers.
According to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewelers Association, the price of 24-karat gold has decreased by Rs 2,000, which is now Rs 431,862 per tola.
Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold has decreased by Rs 1,714, taking the price to Rs 370,252.
The association also noted the decline in global gold prices, with the price of gold per ounce decreasing by $ 20, which has now reached $ 4,095 in the international market.
Despite the recent decline in prices, experts say that the gold market is unstable, affected by both local and international factors.
A day ago, the price of gold per tola had decreased by Rs 3,500 to Rs 433,862. The price of 10 grams of gold decreased by Rs 3,001 to Rs 371,966.
