Gold prices surge in Pakistan amid Middle East tensions

ISLAMABAD: The trend of buying gold on the situation in the Middle East continues and gold prices continue to increase in Pakistan.

According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewelers Association, the price of gold per tola has increased by Rs 3,000 to Rs 536,562.

The price of 10 grams of gold in the country has increased by Rs 2,572 to Rs 460,015.

On the other hand, the price of gold in the global market has increased by $ 30 to $ 5,138 per ounce.
