Govt reduces petrol prices in Pakistan from March 01, 2025

ISLAMABAD: In a recent development, the government has reduced the petrol prices by Rs 0.50 paisa per litre for the next fortnight.

According to the notification issued by the Ministry of Finance, the government has announced a reduction in the price of petrol by Rs 0.50 paisa per litre for the next 15 days, the new price of petrol is Rs 255.63 per liter.

Whereas the price of high-speed diesel has been reduced by Rs5.31, the new price of high-speed diesel has been fixed at Rs 258.64 per liter. The new prices of petrol and diesel will be effective from March 01, 2025.

Additionally, the price of Kerosene oil has been reduced by Rs 3.53 per liter. The price of light diesel has been reduced by Rs 2.47 per liter.
