Mohammad Khosa appointed as CEO of PepsiCo

PepsiCo has named Mohammad Khosa as its new CEO, with the responsibility of managing the company’s activities in Afghanistan and Pakistan.

“I am extremely grateful and humbled to announce that I have taken on the responsibility of leading our business in Pakistan and Afghanistan,” Khosa wrote on LinkedIn, expressing his profound appreciation and humility.

He underlined how honored he is to be in charge of an organization of this caliber, one that is well-known for its dedication to creativity, quality, and perseverance. “It is a great honor for me to be the leader of an organization as prestigious as PepsiCo, which is recognized for its commitment to innovation, quality, and perseverance,” he said.

Khosa expressed his excitement about collaborating with the company’s amazing teams and partners to drive innovation, promote development, and provide exceptional outcomes in these fast-paced industries.

He said, “I am tremendously thrilled to work with our brilliant teams and partners to drive growth, foster innovation, and secure outstanding achievements in these dynamic markets.”

As he considered his ten years at PepsiCo, Khosa made observations about the future and its possibilities. “Having worked with PepsiCo for more than a decade, I have direct experience with the enormous possibilities and opportunities that lie ahead of us. Together, we will strengthen our strong foundations, captivate customers with our recognizable brands, positively impact our communities, and set the bar for our stakeholders and workers,” he continued.

With this hire, PepsiCo takes a big step toward bolstering its executive team and growing its market share in South Asia.
