PDWP greenlights Rs 1.48 billion development schemes in Murree

LAHORE: The Provincial Development Working Party (PDWP) held its 22nd meeting, led by Chairman Barrister Nabeel Ahmad Awan, and gave the green light to three development projects worth a total of Rs 1.48 billion.

The session was attended by key stakeholders, including Dr. Asif Tufail, Secretary of the P&D Board, Chief Economist Masoud Anwar, and representatives from relevant departments and the P&D Board. The approved schemes are set to drive progress and growth in the region.

Developmental Projects approved

1. Provision of Stand-By Pumping Water Supply Scheme, Murree, for Rs 717.387 million.
2. Rehabilitation of Donga Gali Water Supply Scheme, Murree, for Rs 766.733 million.
3. Feasibility Study for Installation of Chairlift/Cable Car System at Kotli Sattian, District Murree, for Rs 1 million.
These developmental projects aim to improve the quality of daily life, providing the residents best treatment possible.
