PIA announces discounts on flight tickets ahead of Ramadan

Due to an increase in passenger influx, Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) announced a special discount for domestic and international flights ahead of Ramadan and Eid-ul-Fitr.

Nation’s flag carrier said that passengers can avail up to 15 percent discounts when they book tickets via PayPak and UnionPay.

Additionally, PIA and 1LINK are collaborating on marketing and promotions. This implies that they will provide their loyalty program members and PayPal card users with discounts.

PIA is also looking forward to placing its tickets on the QR Discount App to provide commuters with more discount packages.

In another development, the outgoing interim government is making binding plans for the new government to privatize the loss-making Pakistan International Airlines (PIA). “Our job is 98% done,” Privatisation Minister Fawad Hassan Fawad told international media when asked about the plan to sell the airline.
