Punjab revises sales tax collection rules for restaurants

LAHORE – Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) has amended rules for collection of sales tax from restaurants. As per the revised rules, tax of all the branches of restaurants will be collected from the central office.

Previously, sale tax was collected from different branches of restaurants individually. Now, central office will collect taxes from all the branches and submit the same to the PRA.
