KARACHI: The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority OGRA has sanctioned the increase in Regasified Liquefied Natural Gas (RLNG) prices by up to a maximum of 2.6% for September 2025, citing a small increase in the Delivered Ex-Ship (DES) cost of imported Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG).
According to the recent announcement, RLNG prices for Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) are at $11.2365 per million British thermal units (MMBtu) for transmission and $12.0127 for distribution.
For Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGCL), the new price is at $9.8619 per MMBtu for transmission and $11.0105 for distribution.
The revised prices reflect an increase over August 2025 levels of $10.9770 and $11.7330 per MMBtu for SNGPL, and $9.6097 and $10.7285 per MMBtu for SSGCL, respectively.
The revision is a hike of approximately 2.36% to 2.63% in various categories.
