MUZAFFARABAD: The draw for Pakistan’s Rs40,000 premium prize bond will be held on June 10 in Muzaffarabad, Azad Jammu and Kashmir, offering participants the chance to win cash prizes worth millions of rupees.

According to details, a total of 664 prizes will be distributed in the draw. The first prize of Rs80 million will be awarded to one lucky winner, while the second prize of Rs30 million each will go to three participants. In addition, 660 winners will receive the third prize of Rs500,000 each.

Thousands of bondholders across the country are eagerly awaiting the results of what is considered one of the most anticipated draws in the national savings scheme.

The Central Directorate of National Savings (CDNS) had earlier announced the draw schedule for the Rs40,000 denomination prize bond. The draw will be conducted under its supervision following standard balloting procedures.

Prize bonds, operated under the Ministry of Finance, are widely used as a savings instrument in Pakistan, allowing citizens to invest funds while also entering periodic prize draws.

Officials said results will be announced shortly after the draw process concludes at 10am.
