PTA announced a fine of RS 200 on these people

Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) has decided to impose fine on users who do not use their mobile SIM for 6 months.

According to PTA, cellular mobile operators in Pakistan provide free SIMs to the public and people also have excess SIMs, due to which many SIMs are unused.

Taking notice of non-use of mobile phone SIMs, PTA announced a fine of Rs 200 on those who have not used their mobile SIMs for 6 months.
