Allama Iqbal Open University extends admission deadline for Autumn 2024 semester

ISLAMABAD: Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU) has announced an extension of the admission deadline for the second phase of the Autumn 2024 semester.

Aspiring students can now apply for admission with late fee charges until November 5, 2024, according to Director Admissions, Syed Zia-ul-Hasnain Naqvi. The previous deadline was October 15.

Existing students have until October 22 to enroll. This phase encompasses various programs, including Associate Degree, BS, BBA, B.Ed, and Post-Graduate Diploma programs.

Prospective students can access prospectuses and admission forms on the university’s website. AIOU’s open-door policy welcomes students of all ages, genders, and regions, aligning with its philosophy of “Education at People’s Doorstep.”

Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Nasir Mahmood encouraged aspiring students to seize this opportunity, stating, “We hope that students will avail themselves of this extension and register by November 5.

AIOU’s flexible admission policy aims to provide accessible education to all, promoting lifelong learning and academic excellence.
