CM Maryam cracks down on substandard schools buildings, orders immediate closure

LAHORE: Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has directed authorities to conduct thorough inspections of school buildings across the province, ensuring their safety and security.

Schools operating in unsafe and dangerous buildings will be closed immediately, with stern action taken against those failing to meet minimum safety standards.

This initiative is part of CM Maryam Nawaz’s commitment to addressing public grievances and resolving issues faced by the people of Punjab. Her government is determined to bring about positive change in the province, prioritizing the well-being and safety of its citizens.

In addition to school safety, CM Maryam Nawaz has also launched police reforms aimed at providing relief to the public and instilling fear in criminals. She has ordered strict action against criminal elements and directed the police to take decisive action against them.

Infrastructure development is also a key focus area, with CM Maryam Nawaz ordering the repair and renovation of main roads in Muzaffargarh. Furthermore, she has launched a campaign to eliminate encroachments across the province, ensuring public spaces are protected.

To tackle corruption, CM Maryam Nawaz has vowed to take decisive action against corrupt elements in the Revenue Department, ordering a crackdown on corrupt officials. Her leadership emphasizes accountability, transparency, and excellence in public service.
