FBISE HSSC 2025 results announced, top position holder revealed

ISLAMABAD: The Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (FBISE)  has announced the results of HSSC Part I & II (1st Annual Examinations 2025).

The FBISE has also revealed the names of the toppers in Pre Medical, Pre Engineering, Science General, Commerce Group, and Humanities Group.

Pre Medical Toppers

  • Aleehay Tariq (1071 marks)
  • Warda Sarfraz (1070 marks)
  • Urwa Malik and Minahil Murtaza (1060 marks)

Pre-Engineering Toppers

  • Muzammail Sadiq (1063 marks)
  • Muhammad Sami (1059 marks)
  • Ayesha Naeem (1054 marks)

Science General Group Toppers

  • Zayam  (1056 marks)
  • Isha Zaidi (1055 marks)
  • Haleem Zohaib (1053 marks)

Commerce Group

  • Jannat Nazir (1025 marks)
  • Shaiza Mahnoor (1024)
  • Zainab Waqar (1013 marks)

Humanities Group

  • Ghina Khan (986 marks)
  • Talha and Zoha (980)
  • Sidra (974 marks)

How to check  FBISE HSSC result 2025

Students can check their results through the following official methods provided by the board:

1. Check the result online through FBISE website

The quickest way is through the official FBISE portal:

  • Visit www.fbise.edu.pk

  • Go to the “Results” section

  • Select HSSC Part 2

  • Enter your roll number and submit

2. Check result via sms

For students without internet access, the SMS service is available:

  • Type your roll number in the message

  • Send it to 5050

  • Receive your result details via SMS (standard charges apply)
