How to download MDCAT 2025 roll number slips

ISLAMABAD: The Medical and Dental College Admission Test (MDCAT) 2025 will be held on 26th October in the provinces of Punjab and others, and the roll number slips have been released.

To appear in the MDCAT, each student is required to download and print the official roll number slip before the examination day, which should have the following details:

• Candidate’s roll number
• Test center name and address
• Reporting time
• Seat number

Students who do not produce their printed roll number slip and original CNIC or B-Form will not be permitted to enter the examination hall.

How to Download the MDCAT 2025 Roll Number Slip

After the roll number slips become available from the concerned provincial testing authorities, students can proceed as follows:

• Go to the official website of your provincial authority (UHS, KMU)
• Find the link with the name “MDCAT 2025 Roll No Slip” or “Admit Card
• Enter your Registration Number, CNIC, B-Form, or Username
• Click Download to save the PDF version
• Print the slip on plain A4 white paper
• Double-check all details, including test center and reporting time
  Tip: Print at least two copies in case of any last-minute issues.

Exam Day Instructions

Candidates need to adhere to these guidelines on the exam day:

Reach the test center at least one hour before the reporting time
Bring the Roll Number Slip, printed and original CNIC or B-Form

Do not bring:

• Calculators
• Bags
• Notes
• Mobile phones or smartwatches
• Any electronic devices
• Only blue or black ballpoint pens can be used
• Adhere to the seating plan allocated on your roll number slip
• Any breach or misconduct will result in paper cancellation
