MDCAT 2026: Biometric verification made mandatory for candidates

ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Medical and Dental Council has issued a public notice making biometric verification mandatory for candidates appearing for MDCAT 2026.

According to the notice, all candidates will have to complete biometric verification as part of the examination process.

The council added that candidates below the age of 18 must have a Juvenile Registration Card issued by the National Database and Registration Authority before appearing for the test.

Candidates have been advised to ensure that their papers are in order before the examination to avoid any complications during verification.

The instructions have been issued to ensure proper identification of candidates and to streamline the examination process.
