LAHORE: The ban on teacher transfers in Punjab has been officially lifted, which has already received a huge response here on Monday.
According to media reports, hundreds of teachers submitted applications for transfers as soon as the process began.
According to the channel’s report, only teachers awaiting transfer on the basis of promotion, mutual, disposal, or adjustment will be eligible to apply.
The channel reported that the last date for submitting transfer applications has been set for April 13.
Officials confirmed that transfer orders will be issued after April 30, giving teachers ample time to adjust their preferences and complete the necessary documents.
