Summer vacations extended till September 07, 2025

MULTAN: The Bahauddin Zakariya University (BZU) Multan administration has announced an extension for summer vacations in 2025 due to the current situation of rains and floods.

It has released a notification in this regard: “On the recommendations of the Deans Committee, along with others, held on 18.08.2025, Summer Vacations 2025 are extended till September 7, 2025″.

It further added that all hostels (male/female) will reopen on the same date.

Previously, the government of Punjab made public the phased reopening of schools and colleges in the province.

Classes for Grade 9, Grade 10, intermediate, O-Level, and A-Level students started on August 18 throughout Punjab following orders from Education Minister Rana Sikandar Hayat.

The second phase will see students of Grades 1 to 8 return on September 1.
