RAWALPINDI: Pakistan successfully conducted a training launch of the indigenously developed Fatah-4 Ground Launched Cruise Missile, according to the Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR).
Officials said the missile system is equipped with advanced avionics and state-of-the-art navigational technology, enabling it to engage long-range targets with high precision.
The training exercise was conducted to enhance the operational readiness of troops and validate the technical performance of various subsystems designed to improve accuracy and survivability.
Senior officers of the Pakistan Army Rocket Force Command witnessed the launch alongside scientists and engineers involved in the missile’s development programme.
The successful training fire was also appreciated by Asif Ali Zardari, Shehbaz Sharif, the Chief of Army Staff, Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee, Chief of Naval Staff, and Chief of Air Staff.
The leadership commended the technical expertise, dedication, and commitment of the teams involved in the successful development and testing of the F-series missile system.
