Abaya-clad man caught stealing from Mosque’s women section in Rawalpindi

RAWALPINDI: In a shocking incident that unfolded in Bahria Town Rawalpindi, a man entered wearing an abaya in the ladies’ prayer area of Bahria Town phase 3 mosque during tarawih.

Reportedly, he entered the mosque to steal. He searched with the torch during the last rakat of tarawih prayer for phones and other valuable items.

According to the information, he was caught by one of the ladies in the mosque as she made noise after recognizing manly feet.

The man escaped by that time when security and management gathered. There was no CCTV in the ladies’ prayer area.
