Defeating India, Australia becomes the world champion of cricket for the sixth time

Australia wins the ICC Cricket World Cup 2023 by defeating India.

According to the details, Australia achieved the target of 241 runs for the loss of 4 wickets in the World Cup final.

Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi also arrived at the stadium to watch the World Cup final, while the Indian spectators have already started leaving the ground after seeing the defeat.

Travis Head scored a brilliant century on behalf of Australia, he played an innings of 137 runs.

When the century was completed, there was silence among the Indian spectators in the ground.

David Warner scored 7 runs, Mitchell Marsh scored 15 runs, Steve Smith scored 4 runs, Glenn Maxwell scored 2 runs and Marnus Labuschagne remained not out with 58 runs.

Mohammad Shami and Mohammad Siraj took one wicket each and Jasprit Bhamra took 2 wickets.

Earlier, the Indian team scored 240 runs in the allotted 50 overs and got all out.

KL Rahul stood out by scoring 66 runs, Virat Kohli scored 54 runs, Rohit Sharma played an innings of 47 runs.

Suryakumar 18, Ravindra Jadeja, Mohammad Siraj 9, 9, Mohammad Shami 6, Shubman Gill and Shreyas Iyer scored 4, 4 runs.

Mitchell Starc got 3 wickets, Pat Cummins and Josh Hazlewood got 2 wickets each. Adam Zampa and Maxwell got one wicket each.

The faces of the Indian spectators at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad were not given a big target by the Indian team.

When all the batsmen including Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli, KL Rahul got out, there was a commotion in the ground.

Seeing the definite defeat in the final, the Indian spectators already started leaving the ground.
