As per the ECP press release, today (Feb 21) is the last day to submit election expenditure returns for the candidates for the reserved seats of the National Assembly and Provincial Assemblies.
According to the Election Commission, the candidates of the NA and provincial assemblies named in Form 33 should submit the returns, if the returns are not submitted, the candidate’s success notification will not be issued.

In a statement, the electoral body stated that the last date for submission of election expenditure returns is February 21 for all candidates whose names appear in the final list (Form-33) for the National and Provincial Assembly seats reserved for women and non-Muslims.
The candidates for reserved seats for women and non-Muslims are informed to submit the election expenditure returns (Form-C) in the offices of the respective returning officers (RO) within the specified date otherwise the candidates for the reserved seats will fail, it added.
Furthermore, the ECP spokesperson added that the notification shall not be issued until the returns (Form-C) shall not be submitted.
