ISALAMBAD- The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf founder Imran Khan allegedly engaged in unlawful behavior when he solemnized nikah with Bushra Bibi, according to an order issued by the senior civil judge in Islamabad.

In the marriage case involving the former PTI Chairman and his spouse Bushra Bibi, the judge rendered an order.

Bushra Bibi’s former husband Khawar Maneka filed a petition, and Senior Civil Judge Qudratullah responded with a four-page ruling.

Through the petition, Maneka has asserted that the former prime minister had illicit relations with her because he was a follower of Bushra Bibi.

The verdict stated that Khawar Maneka had divorced Bushra Bibi in November 2017 and that the former premier had married her while the iddah period was still pending.

The judge declared that the allegations are supported by the statements of witnesses, which include Muhammad Latif, Auon Chaudhary, and Mufti Saeed, the cleric who performed the couple’s Nikkah.

The judge also stated that there is sufficient evidence to begin a trial against the couple based on the presumption that they committed the crime.

The petition was granted by the court, and a hearing was scheduled for December 14.
